The staff were very friendly and the aircon and wifi worked very well.

I didn't like Bocagrande so this particular location wasn't the best for me. If seeking to hang out in Bocagrande this location would be great. It was a bit overpriced.

Needed to replace roms due to cleanliness, not possible to...

Needed to replace roms due to cleanliness, not possible to close the doors, other people can see into the rooms thru big openings in the walls/doors. One of the beds was broken.Dirty sheets on beds etc etc.. No internet in the rooms as stated on the website. Only in the patio. Not possible to sleep in the night due to high level of conversations at the frontdesk. Hotel have absolutely not the standard that you stated on the website.

Rude staff (except one nice and helpful gentleman), rooms...

Rude staff (except one nice and helpful gentleman), rooms were so humid that everything got wet, air condition above the bed that made the room too cold and just causes flue for people sleeping under it. Staff never greeted and just were concentrated doing their personal calls.
